“Every student has the right to attend school with the feeling of security and an assurance of safety. Students are expected to treat others the way they want to be treated. Harassment, intimidation, bullying, or otherwise annoying students is not permitted. Fighting in school, on school grounds, or while going to and from school will not be tolerated. Students who violate this policy will be subject to disciplinary action, which may include suspension or termination from school.”
