Automotive Services is a program designed to train students for entry-level employment in the automotive maintenance & repair industry or preparing students for entrance into a post secondary training program. Automotive Services students are training for automotive repair careers, or a future in the automotive industries. Future careers can also include parts and accessories personnel, dealership employee and automotive detailing.

Automotive Services Maintenance & Light Repair curriculum includes:

  • The opportunity to test for and receive the student ASE Certification

  • Use of hand, power tools, & shop equipment

  • Using electronic service information

  • Preventative maintenance & lubrication services

  • Tire Service

  • Basic computer controls

  • Engine tuneā€“up

  • Disc brake service

  • Battery service

  • Steering & Suspension service

  • Engine Performance

  • Electrical/Electronics theory

  • Engine Repair

  • Heating & Air Conditioning
